‘Nature’ Tuesdays

Thematic, recreational and educational walks in the vicinity of Gréoux suitable for all levels: on the beaver’s trail, edible wild plants, the Verdon canal, the Valensole plateau and the moving of flocks…
Duration: 2 hours. Rate: €5

‘Discovery’ Thursdays

Hikes along tracks near the most charming sites in the area. Summits of the Montdenier and the Grand Luberon mountains, the Trévan gorge, Moustiers Sainte-Marie, the Oppedette canyon, the Mirabeau bridge, etc.
Duration: 3 hours. Rate: €12

‘Passionate’ Sundays

Friendly outings to visit some of the most remarkable sites in the area especially devised for hiking fanatics. Lure mountain, Sainte-Victoire mountain, Mourre Nègre summit, Martel track, Cassis Calanques, etc.
Duration: half day or full day. Rate: €20 

Our favourites

Evening strolls
Family walks in the evening with a makeshift picnic to admire the sunset from the hilltops.
Rate: €12 (only in July and August)

Regional roams
Walks with a Provencal undertone, including a tour of a traditional goat barn and tasting of Banon cheeses.
Rate: €5

Practical information

All walks and hikes are free for accompanied children under 12.
March to December 2011: Go to the Tourist Office for information on departures, reservations and the monthly hiking programme.
Car-pooling is encouraged but a mini-bus can be organised if necessary (extra €4)
